An excellent Pass is likely to;
- Provide a comprehensive and accurate response to the question, demonstrate a breath and depth of reading and understanding of relevant arguments and issues
- Develop a sophisticated argument, demonstrating logical reasoning and effective use of well selected examples and evidence;
- Draw on a range of sources and use of standard referencing style accurately
A clear fail is likely to;
- Show a profound misunderstanding of basic material;
- Show a complete failure to understand or answer the question;
- Provide totally inadequate information;
- Be incoherent;
- Be plagiarized(sometimes)
- Be highly disorganized;
- Lack any real argument or fail to support an argument with evidence;
- Be unacceptably dependent on sources;
- Demonstrate a problem in the use of appropriate writing conventions such as that the assay’s meaning is systematically obscured.

- 1.5 line spacing
- Cover page must contains: 1. Your full names, 2. Registration number, 3. Question, 4. Date & etc
- Number of page( 3 pages maximum) (excluded reference page end-text-citations) and cover page
- References(in text and end text) must follow the APA style of referencing
- Author’s surname, initial ( e.g Sarandibu, B-……Barnayabe Sarandibu)
- Year of publication in bracket {(2019)}
- Name of Book(Journalism Today) should bein one of the three way:
Bold: Journalism Today, Italic: Journalism Today, Underline: Journalism Today
- Name of Publisher, (DSJ Printer)
- Place of Publication(Dar es Salaam)
